Tim has been in the real estate business for 19 years and has been with his current company, LaBelle Real Estate Group, for 5 years. He works with all kinds of real estate needs from first time buyer to serious investor. His charm and sincerity will make you feel at ease, whether you are investing in your first home, vacation home, or a revenue producing property.
Tim has lived in the area for 47 years. He grew up in Mahtomedi and loved it so much he returned after graduation. “it’s a great community, where people are friendly and nice”, Tim replies when explaining why he and his wife Sandi chose the city to raise their four children.
Some of Tim’s awards and accomplishments include: Senior Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Investment Specialist, and a Super Real Estate Agent for several years in a row.
In addition to real estate, Tim is active in his church, volunteers in the community and coaches. In rare moments away from work, he can be found fishing, hunting, and camping.

Anne has joined our team again after being with us previously. She brings knowledge, organization, creativity and a positive "go to" attitude to our team. Anne is active with her church and friends and enjoys spending time with her husband of 29 years Darren and her two Marine Sons Caleb (and wife Kalena) and Nathan. Anne enjoys traveling, decorating/Interior design and relaxing with a good book by the lake with her lab puppy Avery.

Colleen “C.C.” Ketcham is the realtor you want on your side while buying or selling your home. After years of experience in probate and real estate law, C.C. brought her experience working with families to the field of real estate as a team with the Lundgren Group.
Helping people achieve their dreams is my way of “paying it forward”. C.C. is a White Bear Lake area native and she specializes in helping area seniors downsize. She has earned the designation as a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and organizes presentations on subjects of senior interest at various senior residences and venues. Passionate about helping the community, C.C. is a volunteer with the White Bear Lake Senior Housing Action Committee. C.C. also enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, being involved with church, gardening, cooking and entertaining.

Tari Vannelli comes to the real estate world from working for the State Lottery in the Marketing and Sales department for the past 20 years. She brings her passion for sales and having fun doing it to the real estate business. She grew up in Minnesota and loves this great state we live in.
She is also a yoga instructor which brings an element of balance and focus which will guide you with ease to the home of your dreams. She also has a unique eye for key elements of selling your home with style and grace.
In her free time she spends it with family, friends and her adorable kitty Honey. She teaches yoga and meditation, loves cooking, boating and trivia!
After years of managing environmental, health and safety compliance programs in construction and industry, Melissa transitioned into the field of Real Estate. Along with a unique background in understanding construction challenges and issues, she also spent 3-years as a primary caregiver to an elder with dementia.
